Wecome to RCEP The UNESCO-Regional Center for Educational Planning (RCEP) is located in the campus area of Sharjah University (University City, Sharjah). International Linkages RCEP has begun to establish institutinal contracts with similar organizations, particularly educational and training organizations worldwide. Pressional and collegial cooperation for sharing of expertise, joint research, consultancies and publications are being fostered. RCEP is to set to develop strong Alumni which will raise the level of education in the remotest areas and in the cities in all the Member States. RCEP Training Programmes RCEP Training Programmes for the Academic Year 2007 - 2009 have been announced. RCEP will be conducting flexible and systematic training programmes to meet the training needs of all categories and levels of the target groups responsible for educational, planning, policy-making, management and leadership.
